Hello!I’m Emma, I live in sunny Bolton, close to Manchester in the North West of England and have been a wedding photographer for 3 years now.
Wedding photography really is a dream job for me. I get to spend my time with lovely couples on one of the happiest days of their lives while witnessing and capturing the once-in-a-lifetime moments between them and the people they love the most. It’s pretty special!
Being a Northwest wedding photographer I get to work at some gorgeous northern venues and others throughout the UK. That’s not to say if you’re planning a destination wedding in Barbados you can’t take me with you! I would love to add ‘International Wedding Photographer’ to my portfolio.
My photography style would best be described as documentary or reportage, which means that I take a step back and let my couples enjoy their day while I do my thing in the background. When I’m not shooting weddings or editing in my office you’ll find me at home with my partner Graeme and our gorgeous Springer Spaniel, Pepper, binge watching whatever TV show we’re obsessed with at the moment (hello, Walking Dead!) or out walking, camping or travelling the length and breadth of the country one tea room at a time.
If you would like to know more about me and my style of photography please have a browse through my blog. There are a mixture of personal and wedding related posts on there which will allow you to get a better sense of who I am and how I work.
If you feel like I might be the photographer for you please get in touch and see if your date is available. I would love to hear from you!
